I had my first appointment at Tomasino Goerss Vision Source and they made me feel very comfortable and were all very friendly. I enjoyed my visit and meeting Dr. William Sigmund and he has ordered new glasses for me. I will be having many more appointments in the future as this is my recommended eye care group. My new lenses came in and I completed my appointment in the optical dept. The appointment was a pleasure as all of the folks are so friendly and welcoming.
 

Dr. Ladd is amazing. She was very professional and kind. I was able to get an appointment quickly. I had been dealing with a very frustrating eye issue for over three months. Prior to going to Dr. Ladd, I went to an ENT and to Clarkson Eye Care. I was recommended by a friend to go see Dr. Ladd. She ran a few quick tests and determined I had dry eye syndrome. She prescribed eye drops and my issue was completely resolved after three doses of the steroid eye drops! I am amazed. Both the ENT and Clarkson prescribed allegedly medications, which just made my dry eye worse. Dr. Ladd is intelligent and knows her stuff. I highly recommend her. And the office staff was very nice and helpful.

I was given an immediate appointment for a possible torn retina. I was treated professionally and kindly, as I always am. I was examined and assured my eye would heal and all questions were answered considerately.
